Cons
A part of the image toward the end of every scan was missing. This happened when the bulk of the document that we scanned was 1/2 inch from the edges. This happened despite the fact that we checked that the scanning territory had disregarded the missing bit. This happened each and every scan.
The missing part of the image is around 1/8 of an inch. Anyway, we found a way around the problem: We put a couple of plain white papers under the page that we were going to scan and we could then scan the entire page without missing any part of the image.
Conclusion
This release by TaoTronics gets four stars out of five from us because of all the amazing features that it comes with. You are not going to get anything as powerful as this unit in this price range. If you are someone who wants a no-nonsense, quick and easy scanner that’s also portable, then you’ll enjoy this model.
